Europlasma opens its first blood plasma donation center in Germany
Europlasma, an international blood plasma donation company headquartered in Vienna and affiliate of the French biopharmaceutical group LFB, officially launched yesterday its first German donation center in Offenbach-am-Main.
During the opening ceremony, The Mayor of Offenbach, Sabine Groß, and representatives of patient associations, emphasized the importance of plasma donations for the production of life-saving medicines.
“With this new donation center in Germany, Europlasma is proud to offer citizens in and around Offenbach the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to medical care through their donations. This is a major step forward for patients living with serious and often rare diseases.” said Benjamin Méry, Chief Executive Officer of Europlasma.
