All of LFB’s employees are fully committed to their mission to serve patients; it is in LFB's DNA. This core principle served as the inspiration for LFB’s 5 values which form the basis for everything the company does.

At LFB, to “Be Exemplary in our practices” means to adopt behaviour that respects the rules and others. Compliance with rules and procedures is all the more important in a highly regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical industry.

Stringency, which goes hand in hand with efficiency and quality, requires good management of time, resources and priorities, while always keeping the overarching goal in sight.

Being proactive requires moving from a state of “spectator” to a state of “actor”. This mindset pushes us to look for what can be improved and to take the initiative to propose solutions, in a climate of mutual trust.
