Be part of the LFB adventure
Being part of the LFB adventure means participating in an ambitious company project
30 years after its creation, LFB is at a turning point in its history. Our new plant in Arras will soon open, enabling us to triple our production of plasma-derived medicinal products, strengthen our leadership in France and accelerate our international development, all benefitting patients who need our medicine.
Supporting the people involved in this transformation over years means in particular:
- Strengthening our teams by integrating and retaining new talent
- Bringing our values to life on a daily basis: excellence, team spirit, taking initiatives, exemplarity and integrity
- Developing skills and career paths that are distinctive of our ‘raison d’être’: ‘LFB, expertise committed to life’.
- Working together to have a lasting positive impact on society and the environment
Join us and take part in this human adventure to improve patients’ lives.
It’s about being an actor in your own development
Professional development is a priority for the company and one of the major challenges of its HR strategy. At LFB, everyone is an actor in their own development and can find the necessary support to build their professional project and prepare their future career path. This individual and collective support aims to share and maintain unique know-how that is rarely found elsewhere.
Knowledge is also shared through action, initiative-taking and collaboration, and through the reciprocal influence of experience. This approach helps employees draw up an individual development plan and implement concrete action, in collaboration with their managers.
It’s about evolving though common values
Employees’ commitment and attachment to the company’s mission are part of LFB’s DNA. Our common values have been chosen by a large group of voluntary employees. Embodied by as many people as possible, these values represent behaviours that are encouraged on a daily basis and that will last over time.
It’s about participating in the life of the company
Informal and social events are an important part of the corporate year, and include sporting challenges, charity races, connected activities, on-site culinary tastings, etc. All of these events help new employees to settle in and support sharing and team cohesion.
For example:
- Summer party: on each site, employees get together to share good food and good company.
- Share It: this is a series of meet-ups between LFB interns and work-study students (The LFB Youth Community) and company experts who present a current project or share their experience and vision on a set theme.
- Sporting events: throughout the year, team activities are organised on all our sites in France and abroad, such as charity races for patient associations, connected challenges, and events based on the latest sports news.
